Office Manager (contract to hire)

What you’ll do:
As our Office Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring our office is running smoothly for our team and any guests that arrive. This includes:
  • Being the face of Yeti to any guests and make sure they are greeted. Helping them to the appropriate room and connecting them with the right people.
  • Helping with the interview and onboarding experience for new team members.
  • Keeping the office clean, stocked, and organized: including kitchen, conference rooms, and communal areas.
  • Ordering catering for lunches and events.
  • Managing our trash, recycling and compost.
  • Communicating with different vendors for events and office maintenance.
  • Ordering office supplies and make sure all equipment such as printers and scanners are working.
  • Distributing company mail, deliveries, as well as managing shipping and receiving throughout the day.
  • Ordering and keep track of our company swag.
  • Planning - ranging from happy hours to large parties.
  • Being a Yeti culture keeper by upholding company traditions and finding new ways to delight the team.
  • Working directly with our whole team including CEO and CTO.
  • Helping with internal requests ranging from complex tasks to simple administrative needs.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Strong oral and written communications skills.
  • Articulate, courteous and friendly.
  • Have a "can-do" approach and determination
  • Stay cool under pressure and are able to effectively prioritize tasks.
  • Close attention to detail and follow-through on tasks.
  • Working knowledge of Google business applications, including Gmail, GCalendar, Google Drive, and Google Docs.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and reasoning to solve administrative issues.
  • Flexible and can work independently as well as on a team.
  • Adapt easily to a fast-paced environment and are eager to jump in when help is needed.
  • Prioritize multiple activities to ensure they are completed in an efficient manner
  • Ability to multitask in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Resourceful, proactive, and dependable
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality
