Change Engine

Change Engine is an innovative HR company, dedicated to revolutionizing organizational management practices. They offer a comprehensive suite of solutions designed to enhance employee engagement, foster diversity and inclusion, and streamline communication processes.

As a growing HR company, the Change Engine team was seeking avenues to broaden their audience and customer base. To achieve this, we helped them create a suite of free HR tools that introduces users to Change Engine's management solutions, and encourages them sers to further explore the platform. This suite of tools included:

The Employee Appreciator + Comms Calendar

The Employee Appreciator is  an HR tool that facilitates and optimizes internal communications within organizations, allowing HR professionals to automatically generate celebratory content for employees' promotions, birthdays, anniversaries and more. The tools allows users to customize the branding, formatting, and content of communications to align with the organization's identity and messaging, and additionally integrates with several communication channels, including email, intranet, messaging platforms (like Slack or Microsoft Teams), and social media for sharing important updates and information.

The Comms calendar builds on the employee appreciator and is focused on enhancing inclusivity and cultural awareness within the workplace, and streamlining the celebration of these important dates.

People Content Creator

Based on the success of the Employee appreciator, Change Engine identified the need for a more comprehensive, standalone tool to provide HR teams with a streamlined, intuitive tool to handle the content creation challenges they were facing daily.

To simplify the content creation process we built the People Content Creator, a web-based tool that seamlessly integrates the creation, management, and distribution of branded graphical content for diverse organizational needs - from driving referrals to boosting hiring and promoting internal programs. With thousands of unique design templates HR teams are able to produce polished, on-brand materials in a matter of minutes— and the platform’s collaborative features empowers HR teams to work together seamlessly, enabling real-time feedback and co-editing.

Cupcake Vineyards

Love is Wine

For the past several years, Yeti and Cupcake Wines have partnered to create a series of impactful, marketing campaigns based around interactive mobile platforms. Last Winter we upped the ante and welcomed Netflix to the team for Cupcake's thrilling "Love is Wine" campaign—a crossover featuring the popular show "Love is Blind."

As part of this campaign, Cupcake Wines released a special Love is Wine Chardonnay, with each bottle featuring a QR code beneath the cap. Scanning the code led users to a Yeti-built interactive platform that offered several fun ways to engage with the brand, including an immersive AR experience that transported users into the world of Love is Blind. Most importantly, each QR code scan allowed users an entry into the Love is Wine sweepstakes, for a chance to win prizes ranging from the iconic Love is Blind Golden Goblet to the grand prize—a luxurious getaway to the Playa del Carmen resort featured on the show.

The Joy of Giving

This November, we partnered with Cupcake Wines once again to launch The Joy of Giving, an interactive marketing campaign designed to inspire customers to support meaningful causes through charitable donations.

Building on the success of previous campaigns, The Joy of Giving invites customers to scan a QR code under their wine caps to unlock a vibrant online experience and cast votes for their favorite local and national charities. Based on the number of votes garnered, each charity would receive a share of the $100,000 in donations pledged by the Cupcake team.

To bring this vision to life, we created an all new design system that visually captures the spirit of giving, generosity and the holiday season—all while staying true to Cupcake Wines’ brand identity. To meet the specific needs of this campaign we additionally enhanced the QR code system with geolocation features, enabling the platform to dynamically display local charities based on users’ locations, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience. To provide Cupcake with the insights necessary to adjust campaign strategies for maximum impact, we integrated advanced analytics tools like PostHog, Forest Admin, and Google Analytics to track user behavior and campaign performance in real time.

Sky’s the Limit

Sky’s the Limit is a nonprofit dedicated to empowering underrepresented entrepreneurs by connecting them with mentorship, resources, and support to build sustainable businesses.

After several successful years, the Sky’s the Limit team sought to modernize and improve their platform, aiming for a more user-friendly and impactful experience, but were in need of a strategic product roadmap and a structured plan for implementation.

Yeti came on board and. began our engagement by conducting a thorough design and development audit of their existing platform, identifying critical areas for improvement. Based on our findings we created a product roadmap that outlined essential changes, and prioritized each task based on impact and effort.

To help ensure STL’s ability to manage this roadmap, we ran a thorough audit of their internal development processes. Based on our findings we proposed a range of actionable improvements and mentored their team with strategies for producing more accurate estimates, improving the testing processes, increasing meeting efficiency, and much more.

Throughout this process Yeti’s lead product designer headed the platform redesign effort. Working through STL’s in-progress designs and the key UI and UX challenges we identified, we were able to completely redesign the platform. By combining strategic planning with thoughtful design, we helped Sky’s the Limit move closer to its vision of a modern, intuitive platform that empowers its community of entrepreneurs.
